The Paleo Recipe Book:

If you are looking for a recipe book with emphasis on natural foods (no highly processed ingredients) the Paleo Recipe Book is ideal for you. It is based on 18 categories of healthy nutritional foods which are easily obtainable. I just hate those recipe books where the ingredients are not available in you own country. They have a great video that explains the basic principles of the book and explains the selection criteria of their ingredients. This is an eBook, so you can read it of you tablet which makes it easy and green (saving paper).


 
 

 The Paleo CookBook:

 

 The Paleo Cookbook is great value since it is based on getting more energy, better skin, weight loss, better performance and recovery for athletes and a stronger immune system. This is all achieved by excluding grains, potatoes, lentils, dairy, processed sugars and most important preservatives. The cookbook is ideal for athletes or people that use a lot of energy and feel they need that extra 'oomph' to get them through the day. The Paleo Cookbook goes back to the basics, and that also means a lot of savings since processed foods are more expensive than fresh produce.
