Simple Egg Sandwich Recipe

Put thin slices of hard-boiled eggs between slices of brown bread and butter; dust the egg slightly with salt and pepper. Add some Tobasco and mayo to taste. Trim the edges of the sandwiches with either cress or lettuce, and cut into triangles or squares. Spring onions is my favourite so I sprinkel some moderately. I leave the tobasco out if I use spring onions. To me it is an either or decision.
