A simple Roquefort & melted butter sandwich recipe

Roquefort Sandwiches, rich and creamy.  Mash a quarter of a pound (± 125 gram) of Roquefort cheese, adding gradually sufficient melted butter to make a paste. Spread this between slices of buttered bread with crispy lettuce and some spring onions to tasty.  I have added some Tobasco, but yeah, that is me.
