Spanish Shrimp Sandwich Recipe

Mash the hard-boiled yolks of three eggs, add twelve boiled shrimps, either pounded in a mortar or chopped very fine. Add three tablespoonfuls of olive oil or butter, a tablespoonful of tomato cetchup,
two saltspoonfuls of paprika, four tablespoonfuls of chopped parsley, a half teaspoonful of salt, and at last stir in four tablespoonfuls of mayonnaise dressing. Spread this between thin slices of buttered bread, trim the crusts and cut into shape.
