This is a simple egg sandwich recipe that is quick and easy to make.
Boil 6 eggs and remove shells. Cut them into slices lengthwise. A very fine wire is best for cutting eggs. Butter the slices of bread and place the egg slices with a dash of sea salt. Add some Worcesthire Sauce to taste. If you have lettuce or cress put a leaf over the dressing.
