Toasted olive and sardine sandwiches recipe

Toast thin slices of bread. Remove skin and bones from fresh sardines or use tinned sardines (less effort), lay them carefully over toast; chop olives and capers fine and mix together; sprinkle the mix over the sardines, then add a teaspoonful of lemon juice to each sandwich. Optionally add some Tabasco to taste or black pepper.
